GENERAL INFORMATION
K102R is a 2.5 mil, polyimide tape with a clear, electrical grade, acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive on one side. It was constructed to fill the requirements of a high performance thermosplastic polyimide backing materials. K102R was designed to fill the need of non silicone adhesive gold finger connector wave solder protection.
