GENERAL INFORMATION

**Duplicated item use 3161-2***3161 2-MIL is a 3.5 mil PP film that is flame retardant and is ideal for film-foil and film wrap capacitors because they effectively combine direct printability, flame retardancy and a high degree of conformability. In addition, their excellent electrical properties and mechanical strength make them an outstanding choice where minimum insulation build-up requirememts prevail. Also recommended for capacitor outer wraps and coil outer protective wraps on fine wire choke, transformer and relay coils used in printed circuit boards. Well suited for bundling magnet wire, for tactile touch and membrane switches, and keyboards. 3161 also has a 2.3 mil option called 3161 1-MIL.
