GENERAL INFORMATION

MACbond IB1200 has a 0.9 mil, double-coated polypropylene film carrier. It cosists of a thin, oriented PP film coated on both sides with a high performance rubber adhesive. It is engineered for the most demanding bonding or laminating applications. These tapes feature general purpose or high performance rubber based adhesives. The unusually high tack and peel adhesion does not sacrifice shear resistance. The heavy coating weight of adhesive provides excellent bonds to both smooth and irregular surfaces. The oriented carrier membrane permits good comformability.
