GENERAL INFORMATION
IF2083 is a 3 mil thick transfer adhesive used in the mounting of nameplates, faceplates, decorative trim, foams, felts, cloth, etc. The adhesive is protected by a two side release treated, 12-point polycoated brown board liner. It provides aggressive tack and high shear strength for quick bonding and long term holding power. The unique acrylic adhesive bonds to a wide variety of materials including many low surface energy plastics. The excellent shear properties are maintained at elevated temperatures. It permits more complete contct area on moderately textured, irregular or mismatched surfaces.
