GENERAL INFORMATION

4959 is an 120 mil high performance VHB™ adhesive that has excellent long-term holding power. 4959 has a general purpose adhesive on both sides of a firm type foam. It is typically used on glass, metal and high surface energy plastic substrates. In many instances it can replace rivets, spot welds, liquid adhesives and other permanent fasteners.The peel adhesion and tensile holding power is significantly higher than typical pressure sensitive tapes. It is ideal for use in many interior and exterior industrial applications.
