COLORS
GENERAL INFORMATION
A 125.0 mil. urethane tape, series 4310, featuring a A-30 acrylic adhesive on a thick silicone treated liner used for lighting, door, window and cabinet sealing applications. 4318 is a grey, conformable low-density, open-cell foam tape with a pressure-sensitive acrylic adhesive coated on one side. The adhesive is protected by a thick silicone liner. 4318 tape belongs to the 4310 urethane tape series which is a very soft, conformable, low-density foam helping seal out air, dust and light when compressed 50%. Extra care should be taken when handling these delicate rolls of tape to avoid damaging the tape. 4318 adheres to a variety of substrates, including latex painted wood, lacquered wood, enameled steel, glass, aluminum, stainless steel, acrylic, ABS and PVC (non-plasticized). The tape adhesion is typically satisfactory within 20 minutes and continues to build with additional time. The solvent/ fuel resistance test consists of visual observation of tape bonded to steel panels and immersed totally in solvent/ fuel for 24 hours.
