GENERAL INFORMATION
| A 2.0 mil. laminating tape featuring 200MP hi-performance acrylic adhesive on a 58# polycoated kraft paper liner used for bonding, laminating and assembly of membrane switches. 200MP adhesive is initially repositionable, then builds to a high ultimate bond strength. The bond of 476MP will hold securely after exposure to harsh environments and splashes of organic solvents, salt water, cleaning solutions, germicidals, disinfectants, gasoline, oil, Freon TF, sodium chloride solution, mild acids and alkalis. 467MP tape has excellent die-cuttability and excellent processability with roll laminating. The clarity of 476MP is possible from virtually free vapor inclusions commonly found in adhesives produced by traditional solvent coating techniques. The excellent high temperature performance and excellent shear strength minimizes edge lifting and slippage of parts.
Available with a 2 mil PET liner as 467MPF and with a 3.5 mil polycoated glassine liner (PCG) as 467MPR. |
