LEADR process review

flexographic printing | electron beam imaging | thermal printing
Flexographic Printing
The process of molding polymer plates with your desired print and then wrapping them around cylinders. Ink is rolled onto your plates and the plate transfers the ink onto your material. Ideal for printing medium to large runs up to 3 colors.
Electron Beam Imaging
The computerized process electrically charges the roller then crushes the image onto the material. Toner ink is applied to your product and ink is erased from the non-charged areas. The print is then sealed with a top coat. Ideal for large runs of consecutive numbers & variable information.
Thermal Printing
The computerized process electrically charges the roller then crushes the image onto the material. Toner ink is applied to your product and ink is erased from the non-charged areas. The print is then sealed with a top coat. Ideal for large runs of consecutive numbers and variable information.
